" Very nice hotel. Stayed for 2 nights after our cruise. Great location within walking distance of restraints, Recoleta Cemetery and Hop on Hop off bus. Very accommodating staff - gave us early check in and late check out. Excellent breakfast served until 11am. Reasonably priced. Would definitely stay her again "

"The staff but also people in hotel often made racist remarks, they thought we don’t speak Spanish and felt free to say what ever they like. Besides that the interior of the hotel and apartment can use an update, the couch was broken in our room and the tv as well."

"The location is unbeatable — vibrant, upscale, and just a few blocks from the Alto Palermo shopping mall. Hotel Arenales is close to countless of coffee houses, chic shops, and fantastic restaurants. The hotel was impeccable. My room was always sparkling clean, and I loved that room service used a subtle freshener to keep everything smelling incredibly fresh. Free breakfast is provided for guests at the Experiencia Arenales Cafe which is located next door. The cafe's lovely patio is filled with lots plants and plenty of comfy seating. However what truly made my stay at Hotel Arenales so great was the staff. They were the definition of professional, super nice, and genuinely helpful with every request. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay in the city!"

"El personal muy amable, la habitación muy chica, nada que ver a como lo muestran en las fotos, no tenía balcón , olía a limpio, toallas y sábanas se veían limpias pero el colchón estaba asquerosamente manchado y era bastante incómodo, en el medio se hacía una separación que quedaba como dos colchones de camas chicas. El marco de la puerta del baño estaba todo oxidado y la puerta del baño no cerraba. La ubicación estaba bien , con restaurantes y cafeterías alrededor."

"This is, this has been the worst place i've ever stayed out the water completely ran out.There was no water to take a shower a brush your teeth.There was no water to flush the toilet.The toilet handle broke.You weren't able to flush the toilet, the property management completely ignor are call for help.Did nothing to help or resolve the issue. Completely ignore and block my number.So that I would not text them anymore. I ask the cleaning lady's where he was at and they told me that his office is on the eighth level. When I went to look for him, he pretty much ignored me, didn't care about my concerns with the unit. Didn't care that everything was broken. And he pretty much told me that I have already paid for the room and he didn't care about anything else. Displace is not here to cater the travelers he only cares about. I'm making a profit, and that's it. Don't ever stayed at this place.It is the worst place to stayed in the world. I travel across the world, and this is the worst i've ever experienced"
