Nasty temper, argues with customers, rolls eyes when customers complain, gives you the worst rooms they have, pretends they don’t have the one you want, will immediately and aggressively pressure you to take refund if you complain about anything. A gross and despicable tamper. Not sure how he ended up at reception and why management tolerates him being abusive to clients."
