It’s an awesome place. Location couldn’t be better. Restaurants, cafes, shopping all within walking distance. Neighborhoods to walk around a get to know. Easy transportation to historic downtown and very reasonable cost.

Great place to stay in Santa Cruz
New decor in the rooms. Great shower with good pressure. Tons of channels on tv. Lots of electrical outlets which is great for charging all your devices at the same time. Solid breakfast buffet. Great value!

I particularly liked the top floor restaurant. Fantastic view. Music was not loud, good selection, the wine had perfect temperature, shrimp salad was good! What the doctor ordered.

This is definitely the place to stay in Santa Cruz! The staff was friendly and attentive- they accommodated several of our requests without issue. The breakfast staff was polite and helpful, even when I couldn't speak Spanish. Daniel was our favorite- great attitude! The quality of the complimentary Wifi was good enough for hours long stable video calls. The only complaint would have to be the underground parking was a bit steep and cramped. Overall, we had an amazing experience! We were well taken care of and would highly recommend! P.S. Don't forget to check out Blads Pizza just around the corner, opens at 6PM.

Stayed here at the last minute and don’t regret for a bit. The rooms are clean and modern, the AC is incredible, and the shower is perhaps the best shower I’ve ever used in my life! The water pressure and rain shower head make it feel like you’re under a warm waterfall. Simply amazing. The free breakfast is what you would expect. Decent, with a large selection of breads, coffee, juices, etc. Nothing to write home about.

Poor service & disinterest no atmosphere
Price increase from $85 to $115 per night saw me take the door No pool no atmosphere no bar or restaurant to speak of. Breakfast service casual at best continuously running out of basics & having to ask due to lack of interest by personnel. This hotel needs a shake up & rate changes of 40% in a square box hotel no land or pool was the cursor for early departure. Totally lacking any atmosphere

Great Stay!
The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We experienced no problems. It is only a $12.00 (U.S.) private taxi ride from the international airport. The restaurant was a bit "pricey" for Bolivia. However, the food was excellent. The wi-fi was stable and fast.

The restaurant is the best . It seems like Bolivia is the paradaise of food. Whethear this is true or not the fact is that I never had better breakfasts in my life ! Excellent attention, they go two extra miles for you!
