"The staff Clean the rooms everyday everyone is so nice, the whole island has that vibe, we would definitely stay again. Food is good, recommend Gingers and make sure you get your reservations in the day before. If you don’t see them on the resort app(recommend your download), go to the concierge desk to set it up. "

"Our room was on the eighth floor and had a very large balcony overlooking the ocean and the adjoining property. It was clean, well stocked, and just beautiful. The staff was very friendly and quick to accommodate any requests. We ALWAYS love RIU!!"

"Loved staying in a Tradewinds room. Having the lounge and our own area at the beach was a plus. We will stay here again. Very walkable to the other area hotels. I do wish they had a little more entertainment at night. There is construction going on until Dec. It bothered other people, but the construction didn’t bother us. They sectioned off areas of the pool to work on the patio. But the rest of the pool area was open. We were mostly at the beach though. They also had an area of the hotel where the rooms were closed because they had scaffolding and were renovating. But again, even sitting outside on the balcony it didn’t bother us. Honestly, the Dj‘s music was louder than the construction. That didn’t bother us either."
