"Beautiful, quaint, secluded place! The only sounds are the birds, waves and breezes. On a bluff that overlooks the ocean, few min walk to beach. You might have the beach to yourself. Nice little pool on property. Clean and comfortable, great service, great breakfast. DIRECTIONS: Take one of the plentiful buses to Penonome from Panama City's Terminal Albrook, getting off in Las Uvas. ($3.50) Contact the property before you get there and they'll pick you up. "

"Excellent B&B. The host communicated with us a few days ahead to provide a qr code as the place is in a gated community- so very nice and safe area. The service on site including breakfast was great. The hotel and rooms were clean and beautifully designed. Great shower with warm water (not always case in panama) and great water pressure. "This is a very nice place staffed by some of the best people I have encountered anywhere. I had room #1 with a kitchen which I wasn't expecting and barely used except for the fridge. This room was a bit more of a showplace than a functional room because while there were 2 small tables; one that I used as a desk had display items on it like 2 big plates and another thing that I had to put in the closet so I could use it pulled over to the bed to sit on - no chair. (I was told later that they could have brought me a chair.) The pool looked nice, although I didn't use it. The breakfast was very nice indeed and was ordered from a menu giving lots of choices. I had a rental car so most nights I went to town for dinner but the one night I did eat there, I was unimpressed with the food, service was fine. I think the girls were happy that I tried to use my limited Spanish with them & they all spoke very good English with those that didn't try."
