"I stayed during the slow season. There wasn’t many people staying there. It was nice. The front desk staff super helpful. The breakfast was great! You are really catered to. It’s in perfect location. You can walk everywhere from the hotel. They make you feel like royalty."

"The check-in process for the Viva managed properties in Brazil is very cumbersome. You have to do a digital check-in, including, facial recognition, and uploading your travel documents. Expedia needs to clearly explain this at the time of reservation."
Voltaremos varias vezes e recomendo!"
