"Stayed one night before driving to El Sargento. Parking was close by and on the street. Hotel is very walkable distance to nice restaurants which are greatly appreciated since the hotel bar and restaurant are closed Sunday evening during the off season."

"We stayed three nights and had wifi for 6 hours. Had to use wifi at the rooftop pool. Lotsa communication back and forth to no avail. The water in the pool is not heated so my husband passed on the pool experience. I swim often in cool water and found it uncomfortable, sadly. Bed was comfy and the place was nice. "

"Arrived at the property on a Saturday afternoon. My unit was on the 2nd floor. Found the door to the stairs locked, no code to open was given. The contact phone and email address didn’t answer. Ended up getting a hotel room in town for 2 nights. On Monday I reached the property manager office and received a code for the door to go upstairs. "We had an amazing stay and appreciated the staff. Christian helped us for 2 days straight at the pool. Nancy was the best masseuse.
