"El hotel cumple con sus funciones, sin embargo es complicado el tema de la regadera, considero es un punto que pueden mejorar.

"I switched to this hotel after staying in a relatively cheaper place for a while. It made such a big difference!
I interacted with 3 male receptionists and they were all very friendly and kind. They helped with laundry, provided good breakfast and positively contributed to my amazing vacation.
It is a walking distance from the city center. Don't let the stairs discourage you, because the hotel has a nice city view at the terrace :)"

"The Mamasara staff was amazing and attentive. Unfortunately the area across the street is a little run down. Although breakfast is included, there is no option to eat lunch or dinner in the hotel.
