"The hotel was nice, had no issues there but our bed was broken when we got into our room. The base holding it up and the middle of it was really bad, broken and uncomfortable. When we arrived we caught a lot of traffic ans were running late for an event so we didnt have time to change it but that was the only issue, the bed."

"Everyone was so friendly from the beginning to end! Such a beautiful room! It felt like a mini apartment my family of 6 fit perfectly! The kids loved the bunk beds! The Disney touch is also amazing! The Disney park is only 15 minute walk and there is also a bus that picks you up at the front of the hotel and drops you right in front of the park! I will be returning to stay here for our next Disney trip! "

"The hotel package I bought included access to the Terrace, but I couldn’t use it because that was close . . My daughter uses a wheelchair, and she wanted to show her the Disney lights, which are a great attraction. The photos on the website don’t show the hotel as it really is. It looks old and neglected. The price is too high, and the customer service is bad."
