"Air conditionings"

"Room and bed was wonderful. Level of opulence might seem dated to some travelers but as senior citizens on vacation we thought it was beautiful. The buffet breakfast was the best we've ever experienced in any country. Dinner at the "Spoon" Restaurant on site the previous night was delicious too and our waiter had excellent suggestions. Close to train station (walkable if you're under 50, but we elected to take a cab). Lots of urban bustle a block away but hotel was on a quiet side street so we slept very well, Would highly recommend if you don't mind being in busy urban crowds when you hit the streets for a walk, shopping or a meal. Loved it!"

"Avoid this hotel. Experience was terrible. No parking. Access street was a one way street had to drive in circles to get there. Room dirty. no tv services. was woken up at 3am from the extremely loud guests they put in the room next to me. they guest were never quited from the staff after i had called 3 times... the people in the room next to us was incredibly loud and obnoxious from 345am thru 630 am when we dicided we would have to find a new hotel to goto get some sleep. this hotel didnt have anyone on staff that could handle this situation. we were charged and then 2 days later they sent us an email saying they were happy that everything worked out and they had corrected the problem properly. this is untruthful and dispickable for management to act in this mannor."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful, made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to ensure we knew which public transport to take, how to purchase tickets, different tickets etc. Room was lovely, air-conditioned, clean, bed was very comfortable, bedding was clean and they seemed to think of everything that you might need. Definitely would stay again."
