Joli hôtel très bien situé, jolie piscine avec de nombreux transats et bain à remous, 2 bars, resto, le petit dej est vraiment top ! Le personnel agréable, les espaces communs bien équipés et décorés (machines à café, espace jeux etc..) Les chambres sont confortables et spacieuses, belle salle de bains, avec douche, et surtout balcon et vue magnifique sur la baie !!

Arnaque à la réservation.

A notre arrivée nous avons eu la surprise de devoir payer un supplément de 100€ pour notre fils au vu de son âge, alors que lors de notre réservation sur le site hôtel.com il est considéré comme un enfant ( je précise qu'il a 13 ans) et que part conséquence pour l'hôtel il est considéré comme un adulte. Merci encore Hôtel.com pour votre considération, j'invite tous les utilisateurs du site a fuire et de faire leurs réservations ailleurs. Parce que à ce jour aucune réponse d'hôtel.com pour nous expliquer où même pour s'excuser de leur erreur. A l'avenir je réserverai sur d'autres sites.

Hormigas en la habitación (salían del WC). Para llegar a las habitaciones premium (nosotros teníamos la 1) parece un room escape. Bastante inaccesible y vistas deplorables (apenas se ve la playa). En el desayuno ahora aplican turnos (para poder ir controlando aforo), deberían revisar esto último. Piscina pequeña para lo que es el hotel. No volveré :)

NO es un Hotel de 4 estrellas !!!!

Calidad precio nada que ver muy caro para lo que ha sido mi estancia....hotel antiguo....habitación muy justa de mobiliario y antigua....vistas a otro bloque...limpieza justa....horario de desayuno y cena me tocó el turno mas temprano y fue un punto bastante negativo para no volver mas....segun por prevención COVI19 tenian k hacer turnos y nos tocó a nosotros...igual que entendimos que tenia que a ver turnos ,pedimos que en cuanto se fuera alguna familia nos pusieran en un turno mas tarde ....nos fuimos y nada..y lo reclamamos cada dia porque veíamos que se iba gente. La limpieza de los cubiertos...vasos etc...fatal..cada dia nos tenian que cambiar algo sucio. El desayuno todos los dias lo mismo y la cena normalita. Lo único que puedo decir bueno el camarero de por la tarde del bar de la piscina Michel un crack, responsable,simpático,don de gente, y Rocío la animadora otra crack .

Très bien

Situé à 5 min à pied d'une très belle plage. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel, le personnel est très gentil. Nous étions en demi pension , les repas sont extrêmement variés, avec un large choix de plats, de desserts. La chambre était nettoyée tous les jours, avec changement de linge de toilettes. Concernant la piscine elle était très propre. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Bon hôtel très recommandable

Bon hôtel bien situé dans la petite station de S'Agaro et très calme. Les chambres sont assez grandes, bien décorées ainsi que la salle de bain. L'ensemble est plus 3 étoiles que 4 étoiles. Nous avons diner au restaurant car nous étions en demi-pension et le buffet proposé est très correct. Le petit-déjeuner est également correct même si les produits proposés ne sont pas très qualitatifs. Enfin le personnel de l'accueil et du restaurant est très agréable.

S'Agaro Mar Hotel - a disappointment.

A three night stay so that we could attend events commemorating the International Brigaders (at the invitation of the mayor of St Feliu) was spoiled by the fact that our room wasn't serviced once. The arrangements for secure parking were initially hard to comprehend owing to lack of signing. Oh, and watch out for the weird positioning of the doorstop in the bathroom of room 304!
