"We loved this property, it looked exactly like the photos, the room was very clean, spacious and beautiful. My partner and I had such a wonderful time. Staff was incredible at the front desk with any questions we had as well as booking us a taxi for our early morning train when we left. This hotel was walkable to many incredible restaurants as well as the Duomo in Florence. We will be recommending this Hotel to anyone traveling through Florence. "

"We almost got locked out and missed our train the day we left - the staff operate between 10am and? We were told to leave all our keys in the room when we checked out - but one of the iron doors was locked and we could not open it without a key. It was a terrifying experience. Also the common area (the yard was extremely unkept) and we saw tons of flies while trying to figure out how to get out of the place .... Never again! "
