My sister has incident that she fell down and broke her hips at the beauty salon,. The manager of the hotel has guided us and took us to the hospital until my sister admitted to hospital with the Doctor care. We’re very grateful staying in this hotel , managers and staff super nice and caring, room are very clean, breakfast are excellent. I definitely will recommending my friends and family with this hotel and definitely will come back to visit."

"spacious and well equipped room. Although hotel is far from main attractions, didi is cheap so staying here is not a problem. Staff service is excellent except for the front service staff who wanted to charge me if I ask for more than 4 bottles of drinking water. Eventually they didn’t charge me for extra bottles of drinking water. The cleaning staff gave me as many bottles of drinking water as I want. We left 4 bottles in the room when we left."

"Located in the heart of Chongqing away from tourists areas. People welcomed us warmly and we were kind of celebrities. I recommend this hotel as staff were very accommodating and although we toured other parts of China we kept this for full stay so we would not have to carry our big luggage around China and Hong Kong. Great food and massages just around the corner. "
