"First of all the staff. Both the night and day front desk employees were extremely nice and helpful with a sincere smile at all times. At the breakfast the servers were courteous and ready to help. Speaking of breakfast, it exceeded our expectations. Clean and many of traditional and delicious lebanese food on the buffet. The coffee station has a variety of flavors and style, that would satisfy any taste. Our room was freshly remodeled, with modern style. Although a little small, it served well the purpose of our stay. All in all it was a very nice and pleasant stay."

"Beit Toureef is an outstanding guesthouse right in the heart of cool and hip Gemmayze. It offers a perfect location from which to explore Beirut. The house has been immaculately restored and the rooms, bright, clean and thoughtfully laid out, are a delight to stay in. The staff are attentive, friendly and work hard to ensure a pleasant stay is had. Highly recommended. "

"I enjoyed my stay at Zett was really amazing , very clean, stylish, brand new hotel and very affordable comparing to the hotels in the area Charbel at the front Desk was very helpful and very professional he made me feel that I’m staying at the Sheraton hotel 5 stars I will tell my friends and family about this hotel and great service And for sure I will use it again when I come back to Lebanon I don’t want to forget about Youssef the Bell man , he was friendly and very helpful!!!"

"Great Value for money! The hotel is really nice. At the beginning I thought that it was pretty close to work but then I realized it's close to everything. You can walk to Sodeco, or take a ride to Hazmieh, or Hamra or anywhere in Beirut. I enjoyed staying at the property the room is very spacious, the area is really nice and accessible, staff are very helpful, Hadi is always reachable and willing to support. Recommended for long stays, super convenient!"

"Excellent hotel and staff."

"We stayed for one night at Louis V hotel at one of their suites on the 15th floor (amazing views). The property was very well-maintained and spotless. The staff were very responsive and helpful. Our only issue was that the suite was advertised as fits 3, but it turned out that the sofa did not become a bed, so it in fact does not fit 3 in its current form. When we informed them that we are 3 and not 2, they asked us to pay an additional $30 for the extra person. When the bed did not become a sofa, they brought up an extra bed for us quickly. One last comment was that we wish there was a curtain of some sort to cover the main area of the bathroom for some privacy. Other than these two small things, everything was really great. I highly recommend it."
