"Check in was terrible - no staff on site just a cleaner - had to call for assistance - got hung up on. Started a chat told we hadn’t fully paid - go into the app and pay - tried but this didn’t exist on my app - Zoe - digital assistant finally got me our door code - and asked me to ensure I paid the environment tax of €4. Took about 45 minutes to get into our room. Breakfast was mediocre at best - hot shower, clean sheets which was great - pool is a very small dip pool - holds maybe 4 people. I...

"Apartment was roomy, furnished tastefully and had two terraces at front and back of property. There was also a communal roof terrace which was a nice bonus. It was ideally situated being close to sea front including restaurants and bars and next to supermarket. Travel was easy with bus stop opposite. There wee handy tips in the apartment regarding travel and eating out."

"Everything was amazing! My only complaint was the beautiful gardens were filled with bees and huge hornets that were all around the pools and often sinking in the pools to be accidentally stepped on, which is an issue when traveling with children."

"The hotel was clean and the room was spacious which I appreciated. However, it would have made a world of a difference to me if they provided and not charged for hotel slippers. These should be complimentary in a 4-star hotel. One other improvement point would be if they provided bottles of water as well with the room, given Maltese water is too salty to drink. These are low-cost amenities that would have made this stay 5 stars."
