On the morning of our departure we had an issue getting the car out of the garage because it was closed and we had a flight to catch so it was stressful. Hotel helped us get the car out. We only stayed one night so there was no time to fix the issues but here are some issues we had: Our original room was nice and big but the electricity wasn’t working in the original room so they moved us to a much smaller room...

However the hotelier rejected the confirmation and insisted that he needed to confirm it himself. As it turned out he had a room and we did book in after a half hour of conversation about how he needed to get hotels.com to recognize that he wanted to confirm"
