"Highly recommend! We were in a second floor room with a beautiful view of the River. While out around town, my wife fell and broke her ankle. I called from the emergency room in Taos and explained that I didn't think there was any way she could navigate the steps and it was our last night there. The young lady on duty informed me that they didn't have any ground level rooms available, but she called the owner and they moved us to a ground level suite at a sister hotel in town, no charge! Now THAT'S customer service!"

"Only stayed for one night. Booked a two queen bedroom, traveled with our four year-old. They were lovely enough to upgrade us to the deluxe. Overall, the room was perfect and as shown on pictures, the only complaint I have is the lighting in the room, not bright at all. No elevators and stairs are only on both ends so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs and our room happened to be in the very middle. Wasn’t a problem for us, but something to consider. They also had a beautiful espresso bar, and drinks were great.Would stay again!"
