"Oh, what an amazing hotel made even more so by such INCREDIBLE staff. We loved everything: - the rooms were spacious and super clean with powerful shower and lovely comfortable beds. The toiletries were 5* spa quality - the breakfast was delicious, fresh and varied - the pools were so spotless and often very quiet so it felt like our personal pool! Best of all though, the staff. If you could bottle their genuine warmth, enthusiasm and passion for their jobs (which they see as making your stay perfect) you would be a millionaire! Thanks so much to everyone - we hope to visit again ๐"

"Five stars, and the staff are the reason why. We stayed two nights with our family, including a young child, and every single person we dealt with โ front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, concierge โ went out of their way to make things easy. Nothing was ever a problem. The property itself is beautiful: colonial-style buildings, huge gardens, and a pool we wished weโd had more time for. Great location for early temple runs too. Weโd come back without hesitation."

"This place is absolutely amazing. I am a world Traveler stay in hotels over 100 nights a year and this hotel has perhaps the best service I have experienced anywhere in the entire world. Everybody here greets you with a smile they are warm and they are friendly if you should sneeze they run to you with a Kleenex if you even think that you will need something they bring it to you in advance. My congratulations to one of the best trained staff I have seen anywhere in the world. The hotel itself is amazing beautifully done while maintaining some of the amazing culture of Cambodia."

"Temptation became one of our top favorite hotels! The staff here are absolutely the best we have encountered! Everyone is so friendly, always had smiles and so professional! They all go way and above in service! The food at the restaurant was delicious, beautifully plated and reasonably priced. Daily Happy Hour was an additional bonus. We stayed 9 nights in a one bedroom villa and had our own private pool. Daily housekeeping kept the room immaculate and stocked with toiletries, fresh fruit and beverages. Evening turn downs included fresh baked goods. My favorite was the mini banana bread and my husbandโs was the mini brownie. I definitely, without a doubt, recommend Templation Hotel if youโre visiting Siem Reap!! We are already planning another stay here when we come back with some of our family members."
