"Very outdated “5 star” hotel. Everything appears clean, but it feels dirty due yo how everything has aged. Facilities are in dire need of a renovation. Our first room had some electrical issues, in which loud buzzing was heard when certain lights were on. It also had old wooden floors that creaked, as did the room over us causing so much noise that we required a room change to the top floor. The next room had the same electrical sounds and issues. "Ok positive and negative. Positive first. Hotel is nice and convenient to Patrika Gate. The lobby and dining area are clean and comfortable. The room was quiet and appointed nice enough. The bed slept comfortable which is important to me. Breakfast was tasty and they even make omelets and half fry (over easy). Now the negative.
