"Restaurant was not open during our stay"

"Under construction, room was cold when we went in, no electricity had to move to another room"

"Our first room smelled damp and musty, there was mold on the window frame. Bathroom sink didn’t drain well. I tried to stay there for a couple of hours but started to get a headache. The desk clerk was very helpful and changed us immediately to another room. The second room was better but we would not stay at that hotel again. It is way overpriced for the type of rooms listed. Very basic rooms, no coffee pot, etc."

"Brand new mattresses, so comfy. Suite was very big. Large, clean washroom. Lots of parking. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was opening day for the hotel but the restaurant wasn’t open yet. Our only complaint was that the floors squeaked so we could hear the people above quite a bit. "

"After multiple stays, all rooms appear to need new flooring and couches desperately. Bedding and bathrooms were very clean, however, there was a cheerio near the desk on the floor, and more food under the front edge of the couch. The couch had a questionable white stain on the cushion, and stains on carpets. Because the floor had not been cleaned properly, it did not leave us with much confidence about the cleanliness of the room overall (ie wiped down door knobs, light switches etc)"
