"Check in was easy BEST LOCATION EVER!!! The price was decent with the advance booking Bed and linen was so LUSH. Room had air conditioning Internet was good Ample storage They refreshed the room daily The cafe down stairs had great coffee The restaurant is a great amenity and it’s pretty… only had coffee Complimentary water and coffee Openable windows Could be improved - front access needs to be improved esp the step free access signage - water pressure - not great - there was lots of water puddles in the corridor, unsightly and falls risk - need to consider having a space for having food from outside given its aparthotels"

"This hotel is very convenient to me when I visit Johannesburg, however they are consistently let down by the poor attitude from the reception staff. Every request is greeted with a lack of enthusiasm, a surly uninterested attitude and an apparent desire to say no. Compare this to the team in the adjacent restaurant, the Bull Run, who are friendly and keen to provide service it makes you think the hotel should spend a bit more and recruit better staff."

"O hotel é muito bom. Localizado ao lado do Mandela Square (onde tem a estátua do Mandelão). O café da manhã é bastante variado, os atendentes são solícitos e o quarto bastante limpo e agradável."

"The staff were extremely welcoming, the room was spacious and the direct access to the mall was a welcome suprise. The gym was well equiped and the rooftop bar/restaurant was incredible."
