The shuttle bus driver was so lovely! Door men were helpful in regards to tours and baggage. Reception staff could learn a lot from them in regards to being friendly, professional and kind.

Great facility, friendly staff and delicious food. We were able to catch the hop on hop off bus just around the corner and access lots of sights that way. The hotel offers a shuttle service to Nelson Mandela Square, which was a nice bonus. Highly recommended this stay.

We certainly enjoyed this hotel’s location to nearby restaurants & shops. An added bonus was a free mall shuttle service. Our room was clean and spacious with a lovely view of the lush courtyard setting. Downsides: no early check in availability (especially for guests that have travelled more than 36 hours); no free coffee in the lobby; no free breakfast (especially for other guests in our group that paid for a premium suite).

Safe and comfortable stay in Joburg

I liked the bed a lot, very comfy. But I thought there would be shower gown, not to mention more of amenities like shampoo and conditioner. They only offer a small soap bar, body cleanser, lotion and a shower cap. Overall staffs were really kind, breakfast was also good (nothing special). Beautiful garden.
