"We had a lovely stay at The Tru in Yarmouth. The staff were all very friendly. The hotel was very clean and modern.Close to shopping and restaurants. We had a nice breakfast in the morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"There was no silverware, or pan for the oven. The Tv didn’t work and there was a beeping in the room every second. We were switched to different room after that. Unfortunately there was no kitchen but it was better compared to the previous room. "

"ceiling falling apart and covered in water stains, bedsheets had mysterious splatter spots (think, projectile sneeze while eating gravy), no internet/wifi despite stating there was, office offered no help and was quite rude throughout the entire experience. TV had very few available channels, wood paneling behind bed was coming apart and had gaps, no staff on site. "

"The motel itself is cheap and cheerful, but the people who own/run it are amazing! Very friendly and helpful. The view from our room was outstanding - one of the few places in Nova Scotia you can see a sunset over the ocean!!"
