Good and basic motel with friendly staff. Easy parking, clean rooms, self-serve breakfast with plenty of options, and a 3-minute drive to the regional hospital. The rail trail runs right behind it, making it a very pleasant 12-minute walk to the nearest restaurant.

The owner was very friendly. The breakfast was very simple but adequate. No ac in the room but the fan helped. Bbq on the property came in very handy to make our supper. The room we stayed in was dated but everything worked. The yellow tub was very retro. Lots of towels, wash clothes, soap and shampoo

A very nice place overlooking Milo Lake. The room was a bit tight with door not being able to be opened fully due to furniture and the bed was very close to the bed. There was no a/c but they provided a fan. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Dirty stove, oven Bathroom, taps dirty. Blinds filthy! Taps for showers just go around and around. Bathroom floor heats rusted. For the amount wr paid, terrible. Mgr. Can gardly speak english. Qiet and said will tell owner. I adked for a discount. Beds comfortable.

This is an older facility but it was comfortable and great for our family. We all enjoyed the walking trail behind the motel (trans canada trail, goes for miles and miles, and always dear on the trail) and the breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Low key no frills comfort near The Cat Ferry terminal in Yarmouth. Shows its age with a few cracked floor tiles, but the room was quiet and comfy after a long drive and ferry trip.

Convenient location to get to ferry terminal in Yarmouth. Nothing walkable from hotel. Hotel is aging and run down. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our booking said check in was at 1pm but on arrival the hotel said check in was at 4pm.

Simple access, gracious host and clean as a whistle room. There was difficulty getting tv to work, but handled by the staff quickly. (turned out to be batteries in one remote). Breakfast was simple but good. The lady in charge was a great host for our one night stay. I would stay again
