Lovely Hotel
Good position close to the sea front restaurants and shopping mall. Room was roomy clean with coffee/ tea and water provided daily. Free toiletries. Swimming pool was clean with sun beds and towels. Breakfast had a good selection both Asian and European.

The location is great, the view from our room was amazing. The pool in the 13th floor was a great place for relaxing. Breakfast is good. But .... The room did not look very clean, no soap in the bathroom, no extra toilet paper, HK did not add it in the morning, the person who was supposed to give the pool towels out was not there, the rim of the pool is black, the same with the rim of the sink in our room. The staff of the reception was very nice and helpful.

Good hotel in the centre of a town I guess most people like us pass through en route to Borneo tours. Fit for that purpose. Helpful staff and nice pool facility.
