"出張で1週間、利用しました。洗濯機(洗剤)があったのが助かりました。 4人での滞在だったのでトイレが2つあるのは大変助かりました！駅前で駐車場も安い打ち切りが近くにあるし、食べ物屋さんも周りに沢山あって立地は良かったです。お風呂がシャワーのみで浴槽がないのが少し残念です。でも歩いてすぐの所に銭湯があります。何回かそちらに行きました。 "

"The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Shower was great with choice of overhead shower rose or handheld shower nozzle. The staff were helpful and polite. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast and dinner. "

"Good size room with two single beds. Shower was strong! Able to cast YouTube to room TV. There is a shop and baths on 4th Floor - the baths were relaxing as I went early in the morning. The hotel is in a good location for shops, restaurants - there are 5 major department stores within a 10 minute walk. Be aware, rooms do not have wardrobes but hangers and hooks are in good supply. Would stay here again."

"The room was beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond the expectations. Specifically Mr. Iwasawa. I went to him with questions about possibly getting Hanshin Tigers tickets and since it was tough for foreigners to do online he ended up walking me to a store about 10 min away and helping me buy the tickets in person instead. Explaining everything I needed to know and patiently allowing me to choose everything I wanted. He was extremely helpful and patient. Very thankful for him as I had a great time at the game!"
