"I liked that the actual rooms inside were fairly clean with comfortable beds and good hot water pressure in the shower. What I did not like was that the appearance of the place looked like a low-income apartment building. The residence got loud on Sunday night after midnight, and I had a plane to catch at 6am."

"This is an old property. You can tell that at one point it was an outright gem. Even so, it still has a lot of character and some great people working there. My first room wasn't the cleanest... I think the staff might have forgotten to finish up in the bathroom as another guest's clothes were hanging from the shower rod. "Many things about the property were not as promised. For example, the ice machine and washing machine did not work at all. Communication with the host was opaque. They sent all Expedia messages as attachments. The checkout instructions were inaccurate. I brought all issues to attention of the host but they never resolved any of them."

"This would be a great place to go with a large group like a family reunion or a wedding but we were there for the weekend for a basketball tournament by ourselves. The lodges are set up with a common area in the middle and the sound goes right through the doors. We had people playing pool at midnight and could hear everything. We could also hear the people above us walking around and there was a squeaky spot in the floor that they stepped on over and over. They were early risers, about 6...
