"We are vegan so the food offered there wasn’t really for us, but the tea was nice. It’s close to downtown. The toilet & shower are up off the floor - seemed unsafe, but we did okay and for what we were in Anchorage for, the stay was okay."

"The place was gross. The pictures make it look better then it was. Staff were nice but the room had no A/C and it was very very hot. Shower water was either boiling or cold, sink handle just fell off, paint falling off everywhere. The room was overall pretty gross but you get what you pay for."

"Some of the staff was quite well but unfortunately others were lousy. The morning we left and needed a ride to the bus stop, after having just discussed with Jason in office, the driver refused to wait.
I walked out of our room the precise moment he originally was going to leave and he drove off. He obviously would not wait 60 seconds for us to walk down the stairs. Another issue was with front desk. When I asked if she could make more coffee. Her response was "who drank it all" not in a joking...

"We didn’t even check in. We pulled up to the house and it looked scetchy!!! Dirty rolled up carpet impeding the door to enter the apartment, broken down car with broken window in the driveway. Neighbor kids running all over the place.
Not at all how it was portrayed on your site!!!

"Really nice staff and comfortable beds! Had clean and nice showers and bathroom! Even though they were shared they still felt private and were always available when we needed them. Super affordable and would definitely recommend staying here! It was the perfect location after our long flight into Anchorage."

"The man at the front desk when we checked in may 21, 2026 around 4:30ish pm was the best. He went out of his way to explain parking to me. His explanation should be included in the voyager inn website because it is a complete picture of your options. The website just says public parking - let me tell you the parking availability is dicey. You must pay the meter when you street park. Check the rules or u will be ticketed. The lot across the street that is for parking services has time limits...

"This place was terrible. Dirty we had two towels no washcloths no hand towels. And not a lot of anything else. We had a TV through the cracks your cable that went to nowhere so we got about four channels. Luckily I plugged my computer in with an HDMI cable and was able to watch some good shows off my computer. I would highly recommend you not stay here."
