"We had a great stay"

"Everything was perfect, checkin was very convenient. The room was big, clean and with great air conditioning. The kitchen was equipped with fridge, microwave and a water heater which was quite convenient. Cleaning everyday was top notch. Highly recommend this place. The property manager was in constant touch via WhatsApp which felt very personal and nice!"

"Wonderful clean spacious comfortable apartment. Was allowed to check in alittle earlier, which was much appreciated. Great location from the city and bus ride to the beach. Will hopefully return here soon, but I would definitely recommend staying here"

"Well located / nice room + terrasse / Breakfast on the beach ! / kind people ready to help us if needed / Perfect !!"

"This was a room in a many- storied building, just outside the historic City Center. It was a little hard to figure out how to get in since there were so many codes... the key that was in the room didn't seem very useful. There was a very old elevator that you could take up to the room, which was a suite of about four different rentals... however you had to follow the directions precisely, and it seemed a little rickety. The neighborhood didn't seem particularly safe, but the room was very clean...

"A little rustic but totally acceptable and can’t beat the location. Lewis was very helpful with suggestions for activities and dining"

"The staff was super friendly and helpful. Very centrally located across from the water front :-)"

"The apartment was modern and beautifully decorated. Excellent location within easy walking distance of port, bus and train stations. Nice walk to restaurants and historic districts. Secure building with code access - no keys/cards. "

"Bella struttura situata a due passi da Piazza Yenne. Camera spaziosa, pulita e accogliente."

"The host Fabio is exceptionally friendly and the facilities are exceptional. The kitchen has absolutely everything and it was a pleasure to stay. I would highly recommend to any tourist or traveller. "

"Excellent boutique hotel in Quartu. Safe, clean & near many restaurants, stores, groceries, etc. The owner was friendly & helpful. We'll be back!"

"DO NOT stay here. The Il Regio is NOT a hotel. It's rather an interior design showroom where you can sleep. Rooms are very nicely decorated and the location is good. Unfortunately the staff, particularly Alessandro, who is the manager and owner, is incredibly incompetent in handling customer care. It turns out that even though our Expedia booking was at a place called Il Regio, when we got there after carrying suitcases and bags a couple of blocks from the nearest parking location, Akessandro...

"Simple et efficace. Bon rapport qualité prix cependant il s’agit de chambres dans un même appartement et non d’un hôtel. Le centre ville est accessible à 10 minutes à pieds. Une voiture est nécessaire pour aller aux plages."

"Recently renovated hotel located in the ancient area. Comfortable rooms, tastefully furnished. Attentive staff available for suggestions and directions, a pleasant environment."

"Very average apartment hotel experience. Rooms were nice but not spectacu"

"Rent rum, men trångt och krångligt att komma upp med stora reseväskor på fjärde våningen. Fanns hiss men kändes väldigt gammal och opålitlig. Trevligt och hjälpsamt mottagande av personal i receptionen."

"The room was great! It was really large, and the owners were fantastic as well with prompt communication. We didn't have a car, but there's a large parking lot available across the street if anyone is renting a car."

"The property was located in the city center and offered convince to restaurants and entertainment. We were located in the large top room which offered ample room for our long stay."

"Nära centrum och stationen, perfekt läge. Lugn gata."

"Large room and bathroom with good standard. Walking distance to bus communication to city center. Well kept facility."
