"A lot to unpack here but basically I would not come back. The best way to summarize it is this is a decent 4 star hotel but a terrible 5 star hotel. They say they are one and they charge like there are one but they are far from it. To start is they forgot to pick me up from the airport. "Quite possibly the most dishonest hotel I've stayed at.  Whilst it's beautiful and serene, with a lovely beach, please be warned of some of the practices deployed by staff.  We booked an airport transfer upon arrival: the driver arrived at the exact time of us landing (which cabbie does this??) and we were charged a wait time. "The hotel was clean and well maintained. The grounds were beautiful and kept in prestige conditions. In relation to the food served, it was excellent, fresh and a joy to consume. Saying this, it would have been nice to have been able to order single dishes in the evening as what is provided is a four course meal which is sometimes just too much. A local free bus to San Teodoro 4 times a day is provided however there is literally no taxi service unless you are willing to pay 55EUR for 4km...

"De locatie was helemaal top, praktisch in het centrum, maar wel in een straat waar verder geen restaurants waren. Dit betekende dat je binnen een paar honderd meter bij allemaal leuke restaurantjes en barretjes was, maar ‘s avonds/‘‘s nachts geen last had van herrie. "Beautiful property. We had a car so needed to drive to see other beaches , restaurants etc. Our room was clean but very outdated. You had to leave a deposit of 20 euros per beach towel. None of the beach towels matched, they looked as if they were left behind my guests at some point. We arrived around 1 after we landed in Olbia. We could not get a beach chair. The resort only had 10-12 on the beach. Absurd considering the number of guests! There are a decent number of lounge chairs by the pool...
