"There are so many great things about AV Suites. The staff was great! Well trained but not robots. Very friendly and personable. They made us feel very welcome and really seem to take pride in the resort. First the views are incredible and stunning. Standing on the balcony of our room was amazing. We stayed for 9 days and the room was big enough for us. We didnt feel cramped up on the 1 day it rained. There are a few things I wish that I had known before we stayed there. Maybe other reviews...

Right on the beach, equipment right there and retail shop, friendliest dive instructors (Liam, Aiu, etal), good food, great housekeeping and Maintenance, great pool, walking distance to Sabang is not bad. "Love this place! Small property on Markoe cove. The beach is a coral beach with a seawall. Water is clear and beautiful. Our room was magnificent with old world charm. AC blew cold. "The owner met us at the dock and invited us into her beautiful resort. The location is perfect for this diving haven. Everything you need is on site and your are only a 5 minute walk to Sabang for the nightlife. The staff is so helpful and friendly! My buddy left his passport there and they helped arranged to get it back. They also can arrange for your transfer from Manila to the resort as well. So convenient and stress free. "The Beach View was wonderful. Also an open air restaurant approx 30 yards from the Sea was great. The bungalow was very clean and hot water in the shower. The kitchen was equipped with pots, pans, dishes, cups and flat ware. The TV due to Wifi had problems. Other than the TV, i would stay in this lodging anytime. Very reasonably priced through Expedia.
