Wonderful stay. Our room was clean, comfortable and close to city sites at an affordable price. Staff was friendly and helpful. They have a great coffee and chocolate machine that serves really delicious drinks.

Kleines Zimmer, aber modern und bequem eingerichtet. Für ein 1* Hotel wurden die Erwartungen übertroffen. Es wird kein Frühstück angeboten, dafür steht in der Lobby ein Kaffeeautomat und Muffins zur freien Verfügung. Top!

The location was very convenient and quiet, just a short walk to Old Town. We really enjoyed our stay here - the complimentary coffee and muffins were a plus, and the beds were super comfortable. We had the most restful sleep at this hotel during our entire trip! Highly recommend a stay here!

La atención muy buena, el hotel está muy bien ubicado. Instalaciones en buen estado, sábanas limpias, toallas limpias, muebles prácticamente nuevos. The apartments are in an ideal location, close to the Gros area to have some pintxos and drinks. Our room was very small, but enough to just sleep and shower. The hotel has an agreement with the Kurxaal parking so that the daily rate is 20€ instead of 25€, ask in reception and they will explain everything. Overall good.

L'hôtel est à coter du centre-ville ce qui facilite énormément l'accès pour s'y rendre. Le personnel est très accueillant, souriant et parlent très bien Français (personnels polyglottes). Les chambres sont suffisantes, propres et nous n'entendons pas le bruit extérieur car la vue donne sur une cour. Cette hotel ne bénéficie pas de petit déjeuner mais cela n'est pas grave car cela permet de déguster les spécialités de cette région. En revanche il bénéficie d'une machine à café à l'accueil ouverte de 8h à 20h et est gratuite.

清潔さ・快適さを求めるなら他のホテルをおすすめします。

旧市街から離れていますが、便利な場所にあります。 部屋が15㎡となっていたが、すごく狭かった。 禁煙の部屋でしたが、部屋と布団などがすごくタバコ臭くて嫌でした。タバコの匂いを消すためか、甘い消臭剤の香りがキツすぎて辛かった。窓が小さくて換気があまりできず、本当に困りました。 オフシーズンで部屋はたくさん空いてそうだったが、何故こんな狭くて臭い部屋に回されたのか、理解できない。3泊あったので、本当に辛かった。 シーツも汚れていて血みたいなものが付いていて、気持ち悪かった。翌日シーツ交換されると思って我慢したら、血の部分を隠すようにしてベッドメイキングされており、結局3日間同じシーツだった。 タオルも3日中、2日は汚れていた。特に1日は汚物のようなものが付着していて、使えないレベルだったが、気付いたのが夜でフロントが閉まっていたため、バスタオルは使用せず、小さいタオルのみで対応した。 全体的に不潔だと感じました。特にシーツやタオルは綺麗に洗濯されたものを提供してほしいです。 フロントも女性の方は親切ですが、男性の方はこちらが挨拶をしても無視。とにかく感じが悪かった。

おすすめのホテル

1つ星のホテルと言うことで少し心配でしたが、、評価の良さで選んで、正解でした。 グロス地区のバルへのアクセスはよく、旧市街までは少し距離がありますが、雰囲気の良い街並みを楽しみながらの徒歩移動はさほど苦ではありませんでした。 部屋も過不足なく、フロントの方の対応もフレンドリーで感じよかったです。
