Good Spot
Because I had read the reviews I panicked when I arrived and had not had entry info and no phone instead of following the instructions on the wall there is a machine on the end of the building explaining entry which when used as instructed i had a swipe card and no probs. The room was big with nice shower very basic but comfy,bed was good pillows not enough, tv no English channels but good radio station. Aircon bit noise but you can open window and quite close to train stations easy walk to each and old town with plenty of food choices. I would stay again.

Check in was horrible. Had to call the number to receive a PIN that they said was emailed to me. Even after searching my email after they told me the PIN I never saw an email. Very tedious after a long day on the Camino. Since no staff there was no Camino stamp. No breakfast option. Makes sense since he's staff is on site. Otherwise the room was nice with a great view of the river.

Cons: confusing for a tired traveler to figure out how to check in via a robotic system. There were some rowdy boys in the hall, drunk and trying to squeeze a lounge chair into room. The AC didn't work. Pros: very clean. The shower was great! Location was perfect for the train, beach, and downtown access.

Comfortable stay. No front desk though.
Comfortable room and clearly all quite new. No complaints at all regarding room. Annoying ‘self check in’ machine system though. I don’t really, in principle, want to have to call a number if there’s an issue. They say there’s parking but it’s not managed by them. Again, you have to call a number. I emailed them a question about the cost, they didn’t respond.

Pension Riberas del Urumea is a short walk away from the main bus station and tourist office so ideal if you need to catch a bus back to Bilbao airport. The Pension is a little bit of a walk to the centre of town, but one does get used to it especially if you enjoy walking. Room was very clean and tidy, spacious and comfortable, but no tea/coffee facilities.

Excelent room for only spend the night
This is a perfert acomodation for people that only pretend to spend the nigth in the place, they do not have front desk or any other facility exept the room, it is a very nice update place, all brand new, very clean and confortable,, Walking distance to the town center and the beach, nice neigborhood. there is a very nice bar/ restaurant at the low floor of the bulding, in the opposite side of the main entrance. We suggest that you should put a vending machine with water in the facility.

It took us along time to get into the building because we had to get the code to input into the machine that distributed the keys. We thought that the confirmation number was the code. It turned out that we had to call a certain number in order to get the code. Aside from that, everything was fine.

There is no front desk or person to check you in.
Upon arriving there's a sign at the door to go to corner and use a machine to retrieve room key. There is no one there to greet you. If you don't have celluar service you are out of luck. It is not possible to get your room key without one. This information is vital!! It should be on the website!!

I would have given this hotel 5 stars had their check in process been better. It was not communicated by email, website, or signs on how to check in. Luckily there was someone struggling with the same problem and notified me of some machine that you had to check in with in order to get your key - no one was there to talk to you, tell you about the process, nor were there any signs telling you about the machine or where it was located. After spending time finding the machine, looking up my confirmation number, and attempting to call the number posted for the hotel, I was able to retrieve my card from the machine. This took almost 45 minutes!!!! It was a complete waist of my time and source of frustration when I only had 24 hours to explore this wonderful city. It was also unclear how to proceed with check out. I knew what time check out was but no one communicated or posted signs about what to do with your key card. Very inefficient and frustrating check in and check out procedure. The hotel was nice and location pretty good, but for $100 a night, I expect a MUCH easier check in/out process.

Très bien placé, très propre c'est tout neuf avec la vue sur le fleuve. Seul bémol la réception remplacée par une borne automatique. On a eu des problèmes lors de l'arrivée et lors du départ, mais ça a été rapidement résolu au telephone

Recomendadisimo!
Excelente ubicación, a unos pasos del centro y de la estación del tren, a pesar que es un alojamiento sin personal que te reciba, si tienes un problema o alguna duda hay un numero telefónico en el que te resuelven de inmediato. Limpio, agradable y con lo suficiente para estar cómodo. El baño esta impecable y la chica de la limpieza es muy amable. Recomendación: no olviden rellenar el formulario con sus datos antes de llegar, ya que si eso no está completo la maquina no te permite retirar la llave!

自動チェックイン機が故障しており、チェックインができずに困りました。幸いスペイン人の旅行者がいたおかげで、管理者に連絡してもらえチェックインができましたが、いなかったら何時間待っていたかわかりません。機械の使い方もかなりわかりづらいので、スペイン語や英語をきちんと話せて、現地で電話で連絡できる方以外にはおすすめできません。あと旧市街地からは結構遠いので、時間があまりない場合には避けたほうが良いと思います。

Esta bastante bien. La habitación como el baño está muy bien y limpia. Pasamos una noche y sin ningún problema. Lo único que el parking no está cerca y el día que llegamos y el día que nos fuimos no había nadie en recepción. Pero sacamos la llave por la máquina y aunque no me la quería dar con el número de confirmación que yo tenía llamé por teléfono y me lo solucionaron rápido y el día que me fui dejamos la llave dentro de la habitación y sin problema. Volvería.

Buena ubicación sin coger coche
Muy cerca del famoso puente María Cristina y de las estaciones de tren y autobuses. Un poco de lío con la llave de la habitación y el agua caliente porque hay que llamar a un tfn 24 horas pero se solucionó enseguida. No hay restaurantes alrededor, solo hay una cafetería al lado, pero no entramos, así que teníamos que andar unos 10 minutos al otro lado del rio, cerca de la catedral, pero se puede ir andando a todos los sitios. Lo del parking más complicado, pero tuvimos suerte al aparcar en la misma calle y como era fiesta no tuvimos que pagar.

Hostal Riberas del Urumea.
Calidad precio, guay. Fui con mi pareja dos noches 20€ la noche cada uno lo cual, bien, estaba en el centro cerca de todo, al lado del urumea, desde nuestra habitacion se veia un poco el rio. Hay alguna cosilla mejorable, la habitacion tiene ventanales grandes que yo creo que no estan bien sellados y por la noche apagamos la calefaccion y hacia bastante frio. A consecuencia de ello en la ventana hay un poco de humedades, el resto la verdad que bien, lo que digo para lo que pagamos la ubicacion del hostal y demás, bien.

Il n’y a pas de personnel à la pension, tout se fait par boîte automatisée. Il y a cependant un numéro de téléphone si vous avez des problèmes. La chambre est très bien organisée et assez spacieuse.
