Hotel Zenit San Sebastián
"Breakfast started much later than I would have like. Couldn’t open the window as the highway noise was awful. Gym didn’t have a foam roller. Staff wasn’t interested in addressing my specifics. They told me that I should talk to Hotels.com and not them about me needs. Weird?!"
