"We liked the location but chose it mainly because our group was staying there the next night as well well. The safe in our first room did not work so they moved us to a much nicer corner room across the hall. It only had amenities for one person, but they quickly brought us extra towels, water, etc., when we asked. Very modern and clean. Nice and accommodating staff. Really they’re more like a 4.8."

"We paid extra to stay on the 16th floor so we could have access to the executive lounge and the amenities it offers. However, upon arrival we did that the lounge is now being used for business meetings and private dinners. If we had known this we would not have paid extra."
