"We had a great time staying at this place for more than two weeks, which was made possible by an affordable price. Charming room in a 200 years old building in the center of Iglesias. Lots of history around. Excellent city vibe. Great dining options. 15 min from the closest beach. Very convenient if you are looking for a place to sleep and explore the island during the day. Hosts are wonderful, warm and welcoming people. They made our stay an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend this...

Das kleine, freundliche Hotel punktet mit einer Direktlage am öffentlichen Sandstrand– wir haben jeden Morgen den ersten Schritt aus dem Zimmer auf die Dachterrasse mit tollem Blick aufs Meer gemacht. "Amazing!! The property is located very close to the embankment and the town centre. The room was lovely and spacious. The breakfast buffet on the terrace was excellent. A huge shout out to the staffs who were very professional and shared a lot of suggestions! "

"È un Albergo unico nel suo genere. L' antica dimora padronale è stata ristrutturata per accogliere le persone in un clima piacevole e familiare. La vista dalla camera è incredibile. Tutto è a pochi passi la macchina non serve se non per le escursioni fuori paese. Buona e variegata la colazione con prodotti locali. Giardino interno piacevole per prendere il sole e rilassarsi. Una buona tappa da rifare a breve."

"Premetto che io normalmente sto a 21 gradi a casa mia, detto cio NON andate mai in inverno. 1) la proprietà scalda solo le stanze con il condizionatore ma dato che la casa è ghiacciata pareti e pavimento rilasciano un freddo che il condizionatore non riesce a compensare. 2) bagno in stanza ghiacciato perché la proprietà non accende il calorifero 3) area colazione a circa 13 gradi dato che la proprietà non accende riscaldamento della casa come detto sopra. 3) fa più freddo in casa che fuori...
