"Excellent location and great views but amenities were lacking, air conditioning was not working due to seasonal operations which led to uncomfortable sleeping situation. Electrical options for plug in devices was old, no usb ports. Had to request toilet paper as it was not replenished when room was cleaned, the suite has a lot of space but a very small flat screen tv that didn’t offer any other languages other than Italian, Place feels old and is in need of some updating. "There was very little we liked about the help we received from the person at the front desk. They advertised they had a shuttle to and from Naples airport. There was not a shuttle. We had to take a taxi for 100 euros each way to get to hotel Zeus and back to the airport. When we arrived at the airport we called the hotel for the shuttle and was told the driver would call us to set up a pick. About 45 minutes later we gave up waiting and took a taxi for 100 euros. "Hotel Bellevue is a warm, family-run hotel that feels different from the other large luxury hotels in Amafi (in a good way). The owner was so sweet- he upgraded our rooms, gave us free parking and breakfast! The hotel is a short 15min walk to the heart of Amalfi and well worth it! Plus you never feel like you’re in the midst of the chaotic crowds of tourists. The last night, we sat on their beautiful terrace, enjoying home-made lemon chello from the owner! We will come back :) "

"This place is amazing! My husband said it was the best place he has ever stayed. The breakfast is amazing, so much variety and can be different every day. The rooms are so clean and just nice and the views, you can't beat it. This is family run and they are all great! Praiano is about a 10 min walk but not bad and they also will drive you there. I would 10/10 recommend this place and go back. "

"Overall phenomenal hotel. Great breakfast and shuttle service. Only downside was property did not reach out before stay to coordinate shuttle pick up or explain how to get to hotel as it’s difficult roads there. Other than that we loved the place and would definitely go back. "
