Staff was friendly and check-in was easy. The room appeared clean, until when clearing off the sheets to the bed feces and blood were found on the sheets. The bed had been made with dirty sheets from the previous guests. The walls were very thin and you could hear everything being said in the rooms next door and the hallway.

Very clean and staff were excellent and all around convenience of all emenities , dining was excellent and the menu had a wide selection of choices .

Breakfast was delicious with wonderful options offered every day. Restaurant staff were very helpful. The staff at reception had some mishaps with registering us but they attempted to resolve the issues quickly. The room was very clean, perfectly acceptable.

Location was very good. It wasn't far from the taxi stand near the bus stop and it was easy for our guide to pick us up in the morning for a tour in Copan.

We stayed one night passing through SPS. Latitude15 fit our needs, room was comfortable, quiet and large. Breakfast was very good.

Exhausted after my stay
There was a party, with huge booming bass music and screaming, that literally went on all night. I was there on a Saturday night and didn't get to sleep until it ended at about 5 a.m. I asked the night clerk about it (special event? Saturday night?) and he said it happened virtually every night. Out of fairness, everything else about the hotel was fine

I arranged with the hotel for someone to pick us up at the airport. No one showed up. I called the hotel and they sent someone out which was an hour after our plane arrived. Upon arrival, the hotel did not tell us that everything around was closed so we went out to find a restaurant and realized on our own that everything was closed. The room was unpleasantly hot. We had to close the curtains to make it bearable. I would not recommend this hotel to my friends.

Le faltan cosas básicas necesarias cuando uno viaja por trabajo. Una tabla de aplanchar grande, un coffee maker, shampoo, más opciones de comida en el desayuno y silencio en las noches. Detrás del hotel hay una bar-restaurante con música fuerte a altas horas de la noche.

Me encanto el hotel... Tranquilo y silencioso, excelente ubicación, el personal fue muy amable, la habitación muy limpia y ordenada, el desayuno buffet fue muy delicioso, así como los demás platillos del menú a la carta, precios accesibles; todo fue de mi agrado. Definitivamente regresaré.

Todo iba bien, hasta que llegó el momento del desayuno el día domingo. Cuando hice el checkin me dijeron que lo servían a las 6h00; dado que tenía que viajar temprano, no pude desayunar porque me dijo el chico de lobby que lo servían a las 06h30 y que era mi responsabilidad avisarles un día antes que iba a desayunar a esa hora y sino me hubiesen dado unos vouchers, creo que no es la manera de responder y algo más, Honduras es gran productor de café y premios internacionales, deberían de mejorar en ese aspecto.
