"The facility is meticulously cared for, the staff are friendly, courteous and very professional when addressing hotel residents. My only complaint is the frequent power outage that occurs to no fault of the hotel owners, but due to the energy challenges the country is confronting. The hotel ownership have their own power plant to compensate for the outage which is very effective in complementing the said challenge."

"The location is truly relaxing and the waterfalls are beautiful, but several issues ruined the experience. The road to get there was in terrible condition, the pool was empty during our entire stay, and the Wi-Fi never worked. Also, be aware that if it rains, there is absolutely nothing to do. It’s a lovely spot in theory, but the lack of basic amenities and the difficult access made it a frustrating trip."

"On the Hotel booking website it said Check in was 11:30pm so we arrived at Around 12:30pm When we arrived we had to wait over 45 minutes for our rooms to be ready, nowhere in the site said that their pool was closed due to maintenance the person at lobby said it closed for the weekend but it looked like it had been closed for months! There was a group of students staying there that kept knocking on all the doors on the hallways and running at all times during our stay! Wouldn’t stay there again!"
