Your complaints were about absurd things such as the lack of a double terrace in the room or the fact that we did not speak English, when in the description on Expedia of the room you booked everything was explained perfectly. In the future, we recommend that you read the description of a hotel well and look carefully at the photos before booking (on Expedia everything is described in detail and from the photos you can also see the presence of the stairs to which you refer) and maybe ask for information if necessary, so you can not then complain about everything.

Guys, from Italy I have something to tell you too: 1) You should have paid the full amount of the reservation, but I took away what Expedia allowed me (you saw the screenshot); 2) in the site where you booked, there is no mention of restaurant, but only of breakfast; 3)the beautiful view you talk about, is due to the location of the hotel on a hill and for this there are stairs (as you can see from the photos published); 4) the cleaning staff speaks only Spanish, but there is Mrs. Paloma who takes care of the recepción and speaks English, French, Italian and Spanish; 5) the 200m, illuminated, that separate us from the Aduquin, (where are all the restaurants and stores of Zipolite), are municipal: it's not our fault if Zipolite politicians don't provide road improvements (me and my neighbor cemented at our expense the most difficult point, but we couldn't do the whole road). Mrs. Maria Federica NEVER entered your room during your stay: only the cleaning staff entered. The air conditioning turns off automatically when you remove the key card and the reason is the respect for the environment. A lady of the staff asked you why you wanted the air conditioning on when you were not in your room and you answered that it was to keep the mezcal cool even though there was a mini bar always on (even when you take the card off). Mrs. Maria Federica was called by the service staff after check out because they could not find the towels (new, just brought from Italy) that you had been given for the pool: she wrote you on Expedia and tried to call you by phone to ask if you had taken them by mistake and you closed the phone in her face. I don't understand, in the rooms of Casa Biulú there is the possibility to choose between a king-size bed and two single beds: that's why the king-size is formed by two individual beds, in order to separate them if the guests ask for this alternative. Which window overlooking the parking lot? does not exist because the houses are higher than the parking lot by at least 15 meters and the lush plants prevent the view. In every room there are mini-bars with courtesy water, and if it is not enough we give other bottles. This is the policy of my hotel. I'm sorry you didn't appreciate it

stimado anónimo, no me parece que no te hayas encontrado con nadie cuando llegaste al hotel sobre las 12: de hecho estabas molesto porque la habitación no estaba lista. El registro de salida termina a las 12 del mediodía y hasta entonces su habitación ha sido ocupada por huéspedes anteriores. En estos casos decimos a los nuevos huéspedes que dejen su equipaje bajo nuestra custodia y que esperen en la piscina o donde quieran. Cuando supo que tenía que dejar el hotel a las 7 de la mañana, no avisó a nadie la noche anterior, a pesar de no haber pagado la habitación. La persona encargada del aparcamiento no sabía que tenía que pagar su habitación y le dijo que le dejara la llave. El personal de nuestra Casa de Huespedes trabaja desde las 8 de la mañana y está disponible hasta la noche (cuando alguien llega tarde, le esperamos). Yo mismo acompañé a un amigo suyo a su habitación la tarde antes de su partida, y obviamente estaba en la habitación porque abrió su cuarto. Lamento no haber podido conocerla en persona, aunque estoy presente en la sala común cuando el resto del personal está trabajando en otras áreas, así que podríamos haber evitado los malentendidos que luego surgieron.
