San Miguel Hotels with Swimming Pool

"The junior suite has a separate living area. The VIP wine gift was good quality. We can see our car parked in a pay lot across the street from our room (not the hotel’s parking; we didn’t know they had any). We are on 9th floor, so high enough to reduce street noise from the busy Corrientes below. The hotel is less than a block from the Obelisco & the area is full of dining options. This is our second time staying here & would come again if a downtown stay is needed. "

"Historical hotel with great beds and rooms "

"Located near the metro station which had several different metro lines meeting for transfers. That made it easy to get to pretty much anywhere in the city from that station. Also made it easy to get back to that station when you were out exploring the city and wanted to hop on the metro to return to the hotel. The rooftop pool and gym were really an asset! Great to be able to work out or swim, and have an excellent view of Ave 9 de Julio and the Obelisco below while doing so. Right across the street from Teatro Colon and the excellent Tango Porteño! Truly a nice hotel in a very convenient location of the city. Staff were very helpful and accommodating!"

"Big shout out to the front desk: Ignacio, Lucas, Gaston and two ladies whose names I sadly didn't get. They were all so kind and patient with my limited Spanish, and luckily spoke English to help point us in the right direction to everything from restaurants to nearby shopping and sites to see. The room was very comfortable, and the hotel I felt was in a perfect location for all we wanted to do, which included taking a Hop On Hop Off tour, visiting the Ecoparque (former zoo), and the Parque Almirate Gonzalex Fernandez. All of which was in walking distance. And then there was the breakfast. I sadly did not get the names of all the wonderful people working so hard there every morning to set out all the great options and even cook eggs to order if we wanted. But they did a great job making sure nothing ran out. Everything was tasty and there were enough choices to satisfy both my husband and myself so we could leisurely fuel up for our day's adventures. If we're ever lucky enough to return to Buenos Aires, I would definitely stay here again if space was available."

"The only negative was the bed. The mattresses could be improved. Otherwise, lovely property."
