First, it was an ordeal reaching this property due to very narrow and rough streets. Second, after reaching the property doors were closed and I called the number provided and no one answered. Finally, the area felt extremely unsafe and I proceeded to book a different hotel.

La experiencia del lugar es pésima se contacto con la encargada para informar que debido a que había un accidente sobre carretera México - Querétaro y tenía un retraso ala hora de llegar no llego nadie y tuvimos que buscar otro hotel, queda muy largo del centro y en un lugar de difícil acceso y muy inseguro mejor buscar otras opciones más céntricas

Fue una noche horrible sin nada de descanso. A las 3 am se escucharon puertas azotarse, un borracho intento entrar a la hab, gritando que no podía respirar, fue una muy mala experiencia. No recomendable para familias

Gracias por las atenciones

La experiencia fue muy buena, la habitación es muy amplia, hay suficientes mantas, el baño es grande pero no hay ninguna amenidad, si deseas llegar antes de las 3 avisa con tiempo porque es posible que no te reciban antes, el lugar está muy cerca del centro caminando y es muy seguro.
