No es recomendable ir en pareja

La alberca no está templada, el agua está helada, el temazcal tampoco sirve, si pagas por medio de cualquier aplicación, no te dan el desayuno. No lo recomiendo para ir en pareja, es mejor con niños para que disfruten de correr en las áreas verdes. La tirolesa funciona hasta la 1 de la tarde y sólo es para niños. Es pet friendly y hay popos por los jardines, debes caminar con cuidado. El desayuno muy caro y bastante pobre.(malo)

Descanso en fin de semana

Terrible experiencia desde la recepción por parte de personal que no tiene la mínima idea de un hotel y de recepción de huéspedes, sin experiencia y que es un chamaco quien no cubre el perfil. Adicional grave problema GOTERAS en toda la habitación, sin luces suficientes y sin la mas mínima atención del personal del hotel, bueno creo que no existe personal. Se denota una falta total de mantenimiento en todos los espacios, que lamentable desperdicio de lugar y de nuestro dinero y espacios que se buscan para relajarse. PESIMO y NO RECOMENDABLE.

Para perderte un fin de semana con tu pareja , las instalaciones muy buenas excelente servicio, no tan cerca del centro de San Miguel , pero vale la pena , yo lo repetiría.

Muy agradable. Aunque el acceso de las zonas de estacionamiento hasta las habitaciones no es muy sencillo. El personal es inexistente durante la noche. Es algo raro. Si tienes alguna duda. Te quedarás con ella después de las 11 p.m

Pésimo servicio

Muy decepcionada. Llegamos a la una de la mañana y no habia nadie en recepcion o un velador. Estuvimos recorriendo todas las instalaciones para que alguien nos recibiera. (Además peligroso para los huéspedes porque cualquiera se mete y nadie se entera) Tuvimos que ir a buscar otro lugar para hospedarnos. Hablamos al día siguiente y quien nos atendió fatal su servicio ni una disculpa nos ofreció y además dijo que el problema no había sido de ellos ya que nunca tuvieron una reservación registrada. Mandamos nuestro correo de confirmación y el cargo a la tarjeta y su respuesta fue que iban a ver que pasó pero no podían hacer reembolso porque nunca tuvieron ellos en su sistema la reservación. No sabemos de quién fue el error pero esperarías que hubiera algo de atención al cliente por haber provocado tal disgusto.

サンミゲルかから離れているが客室も広く快適なホテル

ジャグジー付きでとても快適。またレストランも美味しいが給湯器がボイラータイプでジャグジーにお湯をいれると容量が不足してしまう。
