The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. The room was comfortable, although there was a bit too much light coming from the ceiling. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and the location is excellent.

Beautiful and spacious room, right in centro but also so quiet at nite, it was just perfect for my stay. Espresso bar onsite and shops and cafes steps away, and the staff are super kind and helpful!

Clean and quiet room, comfortable bed. The cleaning lady was very helpful and always ready when needed, great communication, they kept our luggage safe before check-in time. place is close to main plaza and short distance to restaurants and bars.

센트로에 위치하여 Parroquia de San Miguel Arcangel, Jardin Allende 등 여러 곳을 도보로 가기에 정말 좋았습니다. 직원들이 친절하고 소통도 잘 되었고 오래된 건물이지만 잘 관리하려고 노력하는 것이 보였습니다. 이용했던 트리플룸의 바닥이 단차와 턱이 있어서 주의가 필요했고 방음이 잘 안되었으며 차도에 접한 방이라 차량소음이 있었습니다. 정원쪽으로 창문이 있는 방은 소음이 훨씬 덜 할 것이라 생각합니다. 물병에 물을 리필해주는 환경친화적인 노력은 좋았습니다.
