This is the most charming and wonderful boutique hotel. I loved the location. Wonderful staff that were so helpful and pleasant, particularly Lily and Francisco were so helpful. I loved my room with the charming balconies and the wonderful view. It was just fabulous. I would highly recommend it. It is just classic charm.

Wonderful, friendly staff and a comfortable hotel in a great, quiet neighborhood. My husband and I felt very welcome. We are a same-sex couple, and we found the hotel totally welcoming, which is always a concern when traveling. We both recommend this hotel.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The place is very beautiful, although it did lack features that you would expect in an American hotel, such as ice and vending machines
The staff was great to work with. The master suite is great! I would suggest bringing a fan just for circulation in the room. But good to have the extra space. Definitely recommend.
The accomodations we're excellent with a large space and full kitchen. The bed was super comfortable and everything was very clean. The only complaint I have is that there was not central heating although we were provided with two space heaters. Because the rooms were so large and the ceiling so high, these were not adequate for December temperatures.

it was a clean and large room. the staff helped anytime i needed anything
We loved our stay in Casa Lisa, but the only fault was the lack of hand rails on all the steps, and as elderly people it made access a little difficult. Apart from that we loved our stay, our room was beautiful, and kept immaculate by the cleaners, the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us book taxis and find places to eat.
The property was so beautiful and very well kept. I loved the different plants and fruit trees around the hotel. The detail was great. Overall everything was very comfortable and welcoming.
Spacious and great location. Staff was very helpful, we had a great time staying here. Would definitely come back.

Disliked: Cleanliness
The location was great, with amazing views and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The staff were friendly as well. However, I wasn’t satisfied with the service. The floor was not mopped, and the rug in the room was old and had a hole in it. I tripped multiple times and ended up fracturing my hand. Additionally, there was no parking available for a car. Overall, the area was wonderful, but the cleanliness and safety of the room need serious improvement.
The property is gorgeous! The rooms are big and nice. The staff was very kind and helpful.
Cons: No A/C & lots of stairs because it’s on a slope (but very nice stair ways and the rooms had fans).
We loved our stay at Casa Liza… the staff are very nice and the hotel is quaint and very beautiful…. not perfect by any stretch, but quite lovely.

The staff were very helpful and the gardens/grounds were lovely. Excellent location to begin our exploration of San Miguel! The rooms and buildings are thoughtfully designed, and the furniture and style was elegant. We had to move to a new room after the water suddenly stopped working in our first room, and after heavy rain there was some leaking around the skylights in the 2nd suite. Despite these inconveniences, I still rank this as a nice place to stay. I had hoped that the suites with kitchens would be stocked with more cooking pots and dinning utensils - they weren't equipped to cook a meal.
