This is a small hotel with just a few rooms. My room was very clean and staff were friendly and courteous. The hotel is located in the zona central surrounded by restaurants and shops and just a few blocks from the Parroquia. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because my room was next to the kitchen and there was some noise in the early morning.

Although the room was very small, it was more than enough for our three day stay. The water in the shower got really hot, and the room was clean. While the bed was nice and firm, the pillows were poor. The available movies on the TV was great. None of the staff speak English, but thankfully my boyfriend speaks Spanish. The location is perfect, 5 minute walk to the main square. And across the street from the artisan market!

El estacionamiento no está en la propiedad, es valet parking tardan unos 15 o 20min en llevarte el auto. No hay Secadora de cabello. La plancha para la ropa la debes pedir que te la presten en recepción. Pudieran poner jabón de cuerpo y shampoo de mejor calidad. Los dispensadores de shampoo de mi habitación no servían. Las Sobrecama pudiera estar mejor. Me fueron qué ponen botella de agua 2 en la habitación y s 2 sobres de te. El precio que to pagué, ya incluía el desayuno y el valer parking. Son solo 6 habitaciones en el hotel acceso al cuarto es con teclado electrónico.

Se escuchaba todo en las habitación de al lado, incluso a la 2 am de la mañana empezaron a utilizar una secadora de cabello que se escuchaba en todo el cuarto. La cama está un poco dura. En cuanto a la atención del personal muy buena, la ubicación excelente y el desayuno muy rico.

La ubicación del hotel está perfecta: cerca del centro y lugares de interés. La habitación excelente: cama cómoda, baño amplio, con agua caliente y servicios de shampoo , papel higiénico y jabón. Algo que nos sorprendió gratamente es que tienes servicio de cafetería en tu habitación ( el café delicioso) El desayuno estaba incluido y también estaba rico. Pudimos estacionar afuera del botel sin problema y nos dieron la opción de dejar nuestro auto en un estacionamiento. Y por supuesto la atención de la srita Irene y del sr Juan, siempre sonrientes, amables, atentos, cálidos. Definitivamente es un lugar al que regresaremos en otra visita a este bello lugar . ¡Mil gracias!
