Tu decide si llegas a ese hotel

La habitación está bien, cómoda y cerca de muchos lados para ir a comer o pasear, la atención de la dueña si deja mucho que desear, le rogué para que nos volvieran a dar javon y shampo, y para que me hicieran el aseo en la habitación y me cambiaran las toallas por unas limpias, fue también estarles rogando, al grado que me dieron las personas responsables que ellas ya se iban a ir y pues no lo podían hacer, pero lo hicieron a fin de cuentas En general creo que es un buen lugar, solo les hace falta un buen cambio de administración

El hotel es muy decepcionante no cambiaron las toallas hasta que lo indiqué, no ponen frazadas, cuenta con lo elemental o menos, no tienen botellas de agua, no hay servicios uno tiene que abrir y cerrar la puerta del establecimiento al salir, pues no hay servicio de recepción, no sirve la regadera nos bañamos con agua muy fría, aparentemente la habían reparado y estuvo igual, hay muchos zancudos (mosquitos) y te dan un bote de insecticida, TERRIBLE

Pueden cuidar los detalles

En general una estancia agradable. Hubo amabilidad, aunque los anfitriones no interactuaron mucho con nosotros. Sin embargo, pueden mejorarse aspectos como el acceso a la red wi-fi (nunca pudimos conectarnos). Se hizo el servicio de limpieza al cuarto, pero no se agregó algún papel higiénico más, no nos lavaron las tazas del café o no se incluyó alguna botella de agua. Uno de los cojines de una silla tenía una mancha "extraña" y en las sábanas hallamos algunos cabellos rojizos largos, y no eran de nosotros, obviamente. También podrían tratar que su sistema de TV capte más de dos canales. Para pasar la noche y descansar un poco, está bien; si se piensa pasar más tiempo en la habitación, no tanto.

Cómodo y barato

Es un buen hotel, barato y bien ubicado porque se llega fácilmente al centro. Está limpio y la atención es buena. El único problema, no tan grave, es que no alcanzaba el wifi hasta nuestra habitación.

La señal de televisión muy escasa, al igual que el internet el servicio debería poner aunque sea una botellita de agua para poder tomar. Pequeñas cosas de ahi en fuera la verdd esta muy agradable y tranquilo.

Upon seeing the parking arrangements and the room it was apparent it was not suitable for my needs. I went back to reception but no one was there. I waited until someone came back then approached the receptionist about getting my cash back. (Less than 30 minutes) she said it was not possible. I reached out to the owner and was told via WhatsApp that it was a last minute reservation. She didn’t know I have dogs ( stated in my reservation) and refused any compensation. I have been a super host with Airbnb for many years as well as my traveling partner. Every situation is unique and the owner is more than capable of making the decision to refund part if not all of my money. This is very poor customer service, bad reviews go a long way these days. Perhaps on my account you would reach out to her and suggest she re-evaluate the situation. Regards Unhappy client.

No hay reembolso, cuidado.

Le estancia por que eso no es hotel, no tiene estacionamiento, la pagina donde reserve no da reembolso, llegue al lugar no tiene ni letrero visible, considero que da mala imagen al tipo de turismo que se da en San Miguel, deberían mejorar las condiciones del sitio, quise cancelar en cuanto vi el lugar pero la pagina hoteles.com ya había hecho el cargo, y en el alojamiento no me solucionaron nada, tengo la culpa por reservar en páginas poco conocidas, mejor me fui a Queretaro. Fueron $1400 tirados a la basura.

Experiencia en Cara Erendira

Llegamos por la tarde noche y la única problematica que encontramos, fue que no cuenta con estacionamiento. De ahí todo fue agradable y confortable, es un lugar rustico y acogedor, cumple con las necesidades de estar en un hotel.

Hotel cerca del centro historico

Mi estancia fue buena, el hotel se encuentra a 15 min caminando del centro historico por lo que uno no requiere vehiculo para trasladarse, a pocos pasos se encuentra el mirador por lo que uno tiene todo al alcance, lo recomiendo ampliamente a las personas que buscan un lugar comodo solo para tomar un baño y dormir, en lo particular, mi plan de viaje era pasear y conocer los alrededores , es importante comentar que no cuenta Con estacionamiento, pero a pocos pasos hay una estancia a buen precio
