This is a suitable hotel for tourists. Not in a good location, no hot water, out of 7 days we only had hot water for 2 days. Very low water pressure. No signage for the hotel at all. They lock the gates to the property around 6pm each night. They have locksble safes that are locked witk keys, which the staff has a copy of, we had $60.00 stolen out of the safe, that wethought was locked. Please take this hotel off of your site.

This does not even appear to be a hotel. There is no sign it’s just a building with a gate. It looks more like a clinic for persons with special needs. They have a sign in the so called dinning area for special needs assistance. The only other person dining was a nurse and the person she was feeding. Aside from the peeling wall, grey sheets and bathroom window with no screen, the room appeared clean. The nurses and other staff hung outside there rooms in plastic shares. It is NOT local to San Miguel de Allende. You have to pay for an uber or a taxi. The staff at hotel recommended an uber driver ( who ended up being the receptionist boyfriend) He sent us a whole text on how we were to act like family when he picked us up at airport. (Ended up being more expensive than a taxi). When we need a ride back to hotel , ta

Camino de Olivos is located a bit away from the city center, but my wife and I enjoyed the secluded, countryside environment and the morning jogging trail around the hotel. It offered great value for money.

Un lugar muy agradable, apacible y aunque no está muy cerca del centro de San Miguel, vale la pena su ubicación porque cuenta con estacionamiento y lejos de muchos ruidos.

Es muy limpio, ordenado, espacio suficiente almenos para 2 personas que ocupamos el cuarto, el mayor tiempo del dia es muy silencioso, buenos espacios libres, estacionamiento amplio y lo cierran a partir de las 11pm. A mi novia y a mí nos gustó y volveremos sin duda a hospedarnos aquí.
