Während unseres Aufenthalts stellte sich heraus, dass die Schlafcouch in unserem Zimmer bereits defekt war. Mein Ehemann wurde beim ersten Benutzen der Couch verletzt, als das Gitter auf seinen Kopf fiel. "Accueil dans une agence indépendante avec des gens pressés aucun effort de langue, italien ou italien au choix, débrouille toi pour trouver l’adresse, débrouille toi pour ouvrir la maison (environ 4 ou 5 clefs), etc… Une propreté à revoir intégralement, photos à l’appui ! Nous avons faillit partir…"

"Das Personal ist sehr freundlich , die Lage ist shr gut . Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr sehr sauber . Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und das Frühstück ist auch super. Der Lift ist leider schon sehr veraltet und langsam und die Parksituation ist nicht gerade optimal. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist wirklich gut und ich werde dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen!! "
