It was dirty,the water was cold no preasure,toilet sit broken,not enough blankets,very cold during the night,super over priced,far away from the city and very broken road to the ranch. They offered to change the room but that room had steep stairs to get to single bedroom down stairs and we had paid for a two bedroom. They should have made sure the shower worked before we arrived. "We found this proper to be stunning and very cool historically. Some reviews say the hotel is old, which they are not wrong in the fact that this building is hundreds of years old. But I didn’t find the rooms to be rundown or dingy, just old in a historical way. Our room was very nice and had a window looking out to the street where we got to watch a lot of calendas go by which we loved. Being on the street side you could definitely hear some noise from the street below, but it wasn’t enough to disturb us. The staff were so wonderful and welcoming. They were constantly making sure we had what we needed and answering our questions. I would definitely stay here again! "

"Is within walking distance to Mercados, restaurants, and attractions. Place was very clean. The things I wished it had was a microwave and blender as I planned to make food at the place which why I reserved a place with a kitchen. The only thing not working properly was the shower head, it was leaking but it was not that bad. Also it rained some days and water seeped into living space through the front door each time. This was late June. Besides that kitchen had other amenities such as fridge with ice, stove, toaster, cook wear, dishes, cooking oil, salt, sugar, pepper. They provided filtered water. The bathroom had soap bars and shampoo. Towels seemed clean. Bedrooms had closets and clean sheets. You can hear the neighbors next door. Thankfully we didn’t have anyone staying up too late disturbing the peace. Instructions on how to get your key was a little confusing to me. I arrived late at night and so I had to call the property owner/manager and he answered right away and was helpful with instructions. I didn’t need him after that. Cleaning lady was very nice and helpful in giving tips on where to eat and what to see. I traveled with my older parents. Adults only. I would stay here again. But not with my small children because there is no pool. "

"El hotel está bien ubicado, atención por parte del personal muy buena. Único pero, es el estacionamiento que no está cerca la propiedad, el horario es limitado y nos pidieron cooperación económica por qué el hotel solo cubre las noches y no el día. Consideren $70 pesos extra por día de estacionamiento. "
